Ever since our founding in 1949, we have put safety and peace of mind first and foremost in our foodstuffs manufacturing, and have produced a wide variety of sugar products, as well as engaged in the manufacture and sales of functional ingredients such as rutin and hesperidin derivatives for use in a wide range of applications.

On our logo, the diamond shape represents a sugar crystal, and the letters T and S inside this diamond are the company’s initials, standing for TOYO and SEITO, respectively.

In terms of our sugar business, sugar consumption nationwide has been steadily declining, and has fallen below 2 million tons per year. At present, no major expansion is anticipated in the industry. These challenging domestic and international market conditions will likely remain unchanged for the foreseeable future. In light of this situation, we are currently working to further streamline our operations and take responsibility for maintaining a stable supply of sugar products.

In the fast changing market of functional ingredients, a variety of products are released every year. At our company, we continue to leverage our proprietary enzyme processing technology and accumulated knowledge to their fullest potential, working to develop new products that set us apart from our  competition.
